Since its founding in 2014, Bridge Investment has undergone a remarkable transformation, growing from a small, emerging Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) into a powerful catalyst for positive change. Over the past decade, our mission has remained steadfast: to drive investments where they are most needed and to empower communities that have long been underserved.

In these 10 years, we have proudly provided nearly $13 million in loans, supporting over 100 businesses across a range of industries. Our work has directly contributed to sustaining and improving economic growth, creating jobs, and helping entrepreneurs thrive in areas that often face barriers to traditional financing.

But the impact of our efforts extends far beyond just the capital we've deployed. By strategically partnering with local organizations, governments, and businesses, we’ve helped facilitate nearly $200 million in total investment in the communities we serve. This influx of resources is more than just financial—it’s a boost to local economies, job opportunities, and overall community resilience.
