Step 1: Pre-Application
The first step is to provide some basic information about yourself and your business.
Step 2: Loan Application
Once your pre-application is submitted, and you meet the initial criteria, our loan software, Down Home Solutions, will email you a link to make a full application. Take time to prepare the following items that will need to be submitted as part of the underwriting process. At minimum, you'll be asked to upload the following documents:

- Copy of Drivers License or Passport
- Last 2-3 years of Business Tax Returns
- Year-To-Date Balance Sheet and Income Statement
- Monthly or Quarterly Profit and Loss Statement
- Current list of all debt balances and monthly payments
