Creating Opportunity for All.
Bridge Investment Community Development Corporation was formed in September 2014 following the dissolution of a regional CDC. A dedicated group of community leaders established this new 501(c)(3) non-profit, with a national service area. Governed by a Board of Directors with equal voting rights, Bridge Investment’s mission focuses on responsible, affordable lending to direct investment where it’s needed most. The Governing Board plays a crucial role in driving policy and setting the overall direction of the organization.
To ensure the needs of underserved communities are addressed, an Advisory Board, composed of low-income community representatives, was created. This board provides meaningful input, feedback, and firsthand insights on financing needs and opportunities, guiding the development of loan products and services to ensure Bridge Investment remains responsive to the unique challenges faced by the communities it serves.

Advisory Board
Our Advisory Board is comprised of leaders who represent the needs of small businesses, affordable housing, green lending, and underserved populations. This diverse group provides invaluable policy guidance and serves as our collective voice to ensure that our efforts align with the unique challenges faced by these communities. Their insights help shape our strategies, ensuring that our CDFI remains focused on delivering equitable financial solutions, empowering local economies, and creating opportunities for those who have historically been underserved.
