Service Area & Requirements
While Bridge Investment is a non-profit with a national service area, with a primary focus serving Investment Areas across Iowa and Illinois. Businesses located within Iowa and Illinois Investment Areas are encouraged to apply for our loan programs.
What qualifies as an Investment Area?
Generally, it’s a geographic area (such as a census tract) that meets at least one federal criteria below. Don’t worry if you’re unsure, our team can quickly determine if your business qualifies, or if you’re eligible through other CDFI criteria. Call (309) 732-4024 for confirmation. This is just one of the many things we consider, so don't worry if your business falls outside of these parameters.
