01 Small Business Loan

03 Contractor Capacity Loan

Finances up to 80% of the total construction contract to small contractors participating in rehab projects funded by state agencies. It offers interest-only payments for 120 days, with the final 20% disbursed upon project completion and approval.

02 MicroLoan

Provides funding for small-scale business needs in low-income areas by offering capital to assist with acquiring equipment, increasing inventory, or assisting with staffing costs, acting as a crucial support program.

05 Affordable Housing Loan

Tailored to advance the development, preservation, and support of affordable housing initiatives, that provides capital for supporting and preserving affordable housing units.
