Bridge Investment's 10 Year Anniversary was celebrated in 2024, and the 2024 Annual Report highlights the growth of a small, emerging CDFI into a powerful driver of economic opportunity.
It was a landmark year for Bridge Investment, tripling its assets size, raising over $2.3 million in capital, and making its largest loan to date. Every loan made by Bridge Investment strengthens the foundational growth of low-income communities and sets the stage for that momentum to continue for many years to come. |

Over the past decade, Bridge Investment has empowered small businesses and strengthened communities through responsible, affordable lending. In 2024, Bridge Investment celebrated its 10 Year Anniversary, and launched its 10-Year Impact Report. There was strong interest: 15 projects asked for $88.3 million in gap financing, totaling $148.9 million in project costs.
