An Effective & Collaborative Team

Since 2014, Bridge Investment has an effective management agreement with Economic Growth Corporation (GROWTH) to leverage GROWTH's community-focused expertise in helping to execute the strategic vision set by Bridge Investment’s Board of Directors. Through this collaboration, GROWTH supports functions such as capital raising, financial reporting, marketing, and administration. Although Bridge Investment and GROWTH collaborate, they are distinct 501(c)(3) organizations, each governed by its own Board of Directors. In 2020, this partnership enabled Bridge Investment to expand its capacity by hiring its first Loan Officer, who is responsible for sourcing and closing loans in alignment with the Loan Committee’s guidelines. Loan deployment is overseen by Bridge Investment's Loan Committee, which reviews and approves all loans submitted by the Loan Officer for consideration. This marked a significant step forward in Bridge Investment’s ability to serve low-income communities.
